Earth Week with SeaTrees | ISLE

This Earth Week at ISLE, we’re partnering with SeaTrees, a non-profit group that’s on a mission to plant 1 MILLION SeaTrees!

There may be an alerting quantity of the decline within the well being of our ocean’s ecosystem inside the final decade and we’re wanting to assist restore these waterways. So for this Earth Week, we’re donating a portion of each board bought to plant a SeaTree!

What’s a SeaTree? 

A seatree will be any plant within the ocean that aids in restoring the ecosystem. This could vary from mangrove or kelp forests, coral reefs, and plots of seagrass. We’ve determined, with the assistance of all of you, to push our sources to assist with planting kelp within the Palos Verdes space.

Up to now with their partnership with The Bay Basis, they’ve restored greater than 50,000sq ft and we hope we can assist proceed to develop this undertaking!

How are they restoring the Palos Verdes space?

This space has been overrun by purple urchin barrens, so initially they should take away them and clear the world. As soon as they accomplish that, they’re able to replant, restore, and welcome again marine life!
